That what my boss told me! I got in trouble for being too blunt. So she lectured me about how business people have their own language. But all I heard was:

“Sugar coat your words and run around them while throwing flowers at their feets.”


This all started because she didn’t hear me greet her... I’m apparently socially inadequate. :|
